We've talked about measuring the impact of coaching using the Results-Based Coaching Tool (RBCT), but we've never talked about it like this! Joining Diane and Brandon on this episode is Chris Cutrona, CEO of EdSightful to discuss how he has taken the RBCT and transformed it into an amazing dashboard for coaches to utilize to measure their impact.
